Life is Fragile. Appreciate its complexities. Learn, learn, learn, from the heights and the depths of life. Allow the soul to breathe.

Forgive. Forgive yourself for all your faults. Forgive anyone who has ever hurt you, insulted you, or caused your pain. Let it go. Just let it go for God’s sake.

Time is precious. Don’t get lost in worldly distractions that bombard us daily. Stop. Notice, just for a moment. Say thanks. Breathe and relax.

Every moment is precious if we greet it as a friend, not a foe. Where there is darkness, there is light. Seek the light with everything that is in you. It doesn’t just happen…seek it. Find it. It is right there in this moment.

Peace. Peace within, nothing is more important. “Imagine all the people…Let there be peace on earth…” Spirit of peace, renew our world. When you discover peace within, you will change the world, inside and outside. Moment by moment, truth by truth, step by step, in darkness and in light, go forth and change the world, just by being as positive as you can be in this moment.

Why wait? What are you waiting for? Capture the magic in this adventure called life. Touch it, taste it, smell it, feel it, and really love it. Why not? Even in deep sadness, even in mediocrity, oh yeah, and even in contentment and joy, your life is happening. Don’t forget to notice and enjoy it.

Someday we will take our last breath. Someday, we will put a dot at the end of the last sentence of our life story. The End. What do you want people to say and feel about you and your life? What memories do you want to leave behind?

Think it, feel it, touch it, taste it, do it. If you don’t, this moment slips away without recognition, without full realization of its awesomeness, its paradox, its beauty and sadness.

Where do we go from here? Up. Always. Just try to be going upward toward heaven…the crowning glory, the purple chakra, the top. We’ll get there, slowly but surely.
